Production and delivery times

Below is information on what we aim for however, in peak times (Sept-Dec, May-July) these times are subject to change.

 

Photos uploaded ready for online proof	1-3 days after the visit date
Free delivery orders to school or nursery	Open for 2-4 weeks, depending on visit date
Free delivery batch delivered	5-8 days after the closing date
Home delivery order	1-5 days production, plus 1-2 days delivery
Digital download order (digital only)	Instant email delivery – check spam folder
Digital download order (prints and digital)	1 day for digital, home delivery order times apply for prints

 

 

If there is a problem with your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we investigate and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

As all photos are custom products, we cannot process refunds once your order has gone to print. Please get in touch as soon as possible if you would like to cancel or amend your order.

 

Download orders

Download links are active for 6 weeks from email delivery. Please contact us if you would like your download link renewed. We can only email links to the address that was used to place
the order.

Download only orders are processed as soon as payment is received. A link will be emailed to your registered email address containing instructions on how to download your order.

The download part of a print and download order is processed as soon as possible, usually within 1 day. The printed part of the order will then be produced and dispatched as part of a free delivery to school/nursery batch or direct delivery, whichever has been selected at the checkout.

All digital downloads are delivered as a RGB .jpg file at a minimum of 4000px along the longest edge at 300dpi. This is suitable to print up to 12x8” and most online printing companies will accept this file.
